Initial
Consultation
Our services begin with an initial consultation and walk
thru. This way we can better serve the home seller by
assessing first what can and should be done to the home in
order for it to show its potential and sell faster. A Wise
Home Staging consultant will walk through the home with the
seller and assess what staging needs to be implemented. We
do this by taking a detailed look at your home from a
buyer’s perspective. We will discuss your home’s best
features, as well as any challenges, and offer changes that
can make a huge impact in getting your home sold quickly and
for top dollar. At the end of the consultation, the home
seller will receive a “top ten” list of changes that could
be made to make their home more desirable to buyers. Wise
Home Staging will then submit a proposal for further staging
or shopping services.
Half Day
Staging
This service is for those homes that need minor attention
and expertise. Wise Home Staging will be working from the
detailed work sheet created at the Initial Consultation. We
will spend approximately 4 hours transforming the home
focusing on effectiveness and marketability.
Full Day
Staging
We spend a full 8 hour day staging your home. What a
difference a day can make! Wise Home Staging will
dramatically transform your home, making it appeal to the
highest possible number of potential buyers and ensuring you
a quick sale for top dollar.
Open
House Weekend
Wise Home Staging will spend two full days prior to the open
house weekend de-cluttering,
re-designing and creating an unforgettable first impression
for all prospective buyers that will be coming to the Open
House. Your house will be dramatically transformed into a
buyers dream.
DIY
Consultation and Action Plan
For the do-it-yourselfers. You will receive an extensive
report detailing all of the actions a Wise Home Staging
Consultant would take to transform your home as well as
vendor recommendations and tips from the pros. We give you
the information and expertise so that you can do the staging
yourself.
Personal
Shopping Services
Wise Home Staging will utilize your personal accessories for
as much of the staging as possible. If, however, additional
accessories and/or furniture are needed to complete the
process we offer a personal shopping service. Our fee is
hourly or 30% of the price for the items purchased.
